Shipping policy
All orders which are currently in stock are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If you have placed a custom order, we will be in touch to confirm lead times and ETA for delivery purposes.
We endeavour to notify you of potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.
UK Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer £3.50 Evri shipping for all smaller items at a flat rate shipping to in the UK, with a 3 day delivery timeframe.
Faster delivery is available at a flat rate of £6 with DPD, usually delivered next day.
Europe International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following countries within the EU.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. West End Works is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 6 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@west-end-works.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If you are using a P.O. Box address, we will be in touch if we are unable to arrange shipping to your address.
